NAPROSERV has been created on May 1st, 2002 by Mr Alain TRUFFAUT - Société par actions simplifiée - S.A.S. with a registered capital of 50,000 €

At the beginning, Naproserv has been helped by its all internationally known and recognized shareholders:

• - Copenship (Danish sea freight operator)
• - Portserv International (International service provider company for bagging operations -     Canadian)
• - Safic Alcan (international trading company - French)
• - Cinque Cereali (durum wheat importer - Italian)
  
  
  

Today, our shareholders from the beginning who have supported the company and helped to developping it, have pulled out and the 2010 shareholding is as follows:

• Mr Alain Truffaut - Founder and President of Naproserv : 81.5 %
• Copenship A/S : 18.50 %

NAPROSERV founding has been motivated by the growth of international logistics being able to guarantee any company with deliveries of their products.

Moreover,in its concept,Naproserv proposes  studies of projects feasability so that the commercial risk taking is not increased by performance risk.

At last, to well make understand the technical nature of international markets and logistics,Naproserv has become a training organization authorized by the Labour French Ministry.

NAPROSERV target is to perpetuate new outlets generating additional gains.
